Life Changing Wellness and Treatment Center is a behavioral health counseling facility rooted in the Phoenix community. We believe every patient has the innate capacity to heal — and that recovery is always possible with the right support.
Our multidisciplinary team includes licensed therapists, clinical directors, case managers, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), and peer support specialists who collaborate to deliver fully integrated care aligned with AHCCCS standards and Title 36.

We accept most major insurance plans including AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid). If you are unsure about your coverage, call us and we will help you verify your benefits at no cost.
We are a contracted AHCCCS provider. We accept most AHCCCS managed care plans including Mercy Care, Banner University, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, and Arizona Complete Health.
We offer sliding scale fees based on income for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. We believe cost should never be a barrier to getting behavioral health care.
